Leave the booze alone.

Just say no

Rich Barretta advices to grill, steam, bake and do any other thing but fry it. You burn off nutrients and run the risk of plugging up your arteries when you eat fried stuff from the stores.

Avoiding Carbs at Night

Timing says Rich Barretta, is very crucial when it comes to eating carbohydrates. She therefore advises that you eat carbs early enough in the day to give your body a chance to digest them. After 6pm, protein is the preferred choice.

Shun processed foods

Rich Barretta notes the convenience of going for processed foods but advices that you go fresh alternatives instead. Your heat and waistline will definitely be the better for it!
